Scope
This standard specifies the classification, specifications, codes, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of wooden doors.

Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
● wooden door
A door made of wood materials (sawn wood, glued wood, etc.) as the main material to make door frames (sleeves) and door leaves, referred to as wooden doors.
● sawn timber
Finished or semi-finished timber of any size sawn from logs.
● Glue
A general term for cylindrical timber and various boards made of wood as raw material by gluing.
● All solid wood mortise door
Doors made of mortise and tenon-jointed wooden stiles inlaid with boards or spliced with thick boards are called all-solid wood tenon-joint doors, referred to as all-wood doors.
● Solid wood composite door
A solid (or near-solid) body made of wood, plywood and other materials as the main material, and a door with a surface layer of wood veneer veneer or other cladding materials is called a solid wood composite door, or solid wood door for short.
● plywood molded hollow door
The hollow door (the hollow volume is more than 50%) which is made of plywood and wood as the skeleton material and the surface layer is wood-based panel or PVC board, etc., is called plywood molded hollow door, referred to as molded door.

● Signs of door leaf opening, closing direction and switch face
The signs and symbols of the opening and closing directions and switch surfaces of the door leaf shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 5825-1986; if it is closed in a clockwise direction, it is indicated by "5", and if it is closed in a counterclockwise direction, it is indicated by "6".
Specification
● Dimensions of door openings
The size of the door opening shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5824-1986. Recommended 700㎜×2000㎜, 760㎜×2000㎜, 800㎜×2000㎜, 900㎜×2000㎜, 700㎜×2100㎜, 760㎜×2100㎜, 800㎜×2100㎜, 900㎜×2100㎜, 1200 9 sizes including ㎜×2100㎜ are preferred.
● Dimensions of the door
The construction size of the door can be determined according to the finishing material of the door opening, the size of the attached frame, and the installation gap.
● Thickness of door leaf
The thickness of the door leaf is divided into 30㎜, 35㎜, 38㎜, 40㎜, 42㎜, 45㎜, 50㎜. The thickness of the door frame (sleeve) is determined according to the wall thickness.

The choice of wood species and material grade should meet the design requirements. When the material grade is not specified in the design, the quality of the wood used for the all-wood tenon joint door shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A of GB50210-2001.
● Wood moisture content
The moisture content of the selected wood should be no more than 12%. In high-humidity areas and high-humidity months, the allowable value of moisture content may be slightly larger, but it should not be greater than the local monthly equilibrium water rate.
● Glue

The selected medium density fiberboard should meet the requirements of the first-class product specified in GB/T11718-1999, with a density of not less than 0.68g/cm, uniform distribution and stable texture.
● Particleboard
When selecting particleboard, it should meet the requirements specified in GB/T4897-2003.
● Plywood
The choice of plywood should meet the first-class requirements specified in GB/T9846.1~9846.8-2004.
●Formaldehyde emission
The formaldehyde emission of various glued materials selected should meet the requirements specified in GB18580-2001.
● Adhesive
The limit of harmful substances in the adhesive should meet the requirements specified in GB18583-2001.

The limit of harmful substances in paint shall meet the requirements specified in GB18581-2001.
● glass
Glass should be selected according to the functional requirements of the appropriate variety and color, safety glass should be used.
● Finishing material
Veneer materials can be selected from veneer, melamine impregnated paper veneer, PVC plastic veneer, etc., which should be selected according to design requirements and functional requirements.
When using veneer as the veneer material, the thickness should not be less than 0.15mm.
When selecting non-wood materials, environmental protection requirements should be met.
● Sealing material
The sealing material should be selected according to the functional requirements and the characteristics of the sealing material.
● Hardware, accessories, fasteners
Hardware, accessories and fasteners should meet functional requirements.
The door hardware and accessories are installed in the correct, complete and firm position, with sufficient strength, flexible opening and closing, and no noise.

Paint Appearance Requirements
Marks should be marked on obvious parts of the product, and the main contents include: specifications, production date or serial number.
● Packaging
Each product should be packaged in plastic film and packaged in a carton. There should be a packing list and a product inspection certificate in the package.
● Transportation
Prevent mechanical collision and sun and rain during transportation.
● storage
The product should be stored in a clean, dry, well ventilated warehouse with suitable humidity, and the storage should be flat to prevent deformation.
