Use and maintenance of wooden doors

1. After the product is installed, the unpainted product should be oiled within five days.

2. In dry and windy seasons, the doors and windows of the construction site should be closed to reduce the impact of air circulation on the door; at the same time, the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity should be kept consistent to prevent deformation of the door leaf (especially in an environment that is not used for a long time).

3. Under normal circumstances, the door leaf should always be kept closed, and the double-leaf door should be plugged in to prevent collision and damage; in the special case of heating and heating, keep the door leaf open to avoid heating on both sides of the door leaf. Uneven temperature causes deformation of the door leaf.

4. Do not hang heavy objects on the door, so as not to reduce the life.

5. When opening and closing the door, do not use too much force or the opening angle is too large.

6. After splashing with water, wipe it with a dry cloth to avoid local swelling; do not rinse with water or wipe with an overly wet rag to avoid warping and deformation of the wooden door.

7. Do not use excessive force when wiping the glass, so as to avoid personal injury.

8. When removing stains on the surface of the wooden door, use a soft cotton cloth to clean it, and use a hard cloth to easily scratch the surface paint film of the wooden door. If the stain is too heavy, you can use neutral detergent, toothpaste or special cleaning agent for furniture to remove the stain and then dry wipe.

9. For door hinges and locks, they are all movable parts. If they are found to be loose, they should be tightened immediately. If the hinge makes noise, it should be filled with oil in time. When the lock is not flexible, you can put an appropriate amount of pencil lead powder into the key hole, which cannot be handled to avoid quality problems afterwards.

10. In order to maintain the bright color of the wooden door, it should be regularly waxed or smeared with natural oil for maintenance.
