Types of security doors

There are many types of anti-theft doors [2] on the market today. According to the standard GB25-92 "General Technical Requirements for Anti-theft Security Doors" promulgated by the Ministry of Public Security, anti-theft doors can be divided into three types: fence type anti-theft doors, solid doors and composite doors.

The fence type anti-theft door is the most common anti-theft door welded by steel pipes. Its biggest advantages are ventilation, lightness, beautiful appearance, and relatively low price. The upper part of the anti-theft door is a fence-type steel pipe or steel plate, and the lower part is a cold-rolled steel plate, which is locked by multiple lock points to ensure the anti-prying ability of the anti-theft door. But the anti-theft effect is not as good as the closed anti-theft door.

The solid door is extruded from cold-rolled steel plates. The door panels are all steel plates. The thickness of the steel plates is mostly 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm, and the impact resistance is strong. The double-layer steel plate of the door leaf is filled with rock wool thermal insulation and fireproof material, which has the functions of anti-theft, fire prevention, heat insulation and sound insulation. Generally, solid anti-theft doors are equipped with cat eyes, doorbells and other facilities.

The composite anti-theft door is composed of a solid door and a fence-type anti-theft door.

According to the structural characteristics, there are mainly push-pull fence anti-theft doors, swing fence anti-theft doors, plastic embossed anti-theft doors and multi-functional luxury anti-theft doors. For the average consumer, the anti-theft security door of the residents is mainly the swing-type anti-theft security door. The swing door is the most demanded security door in the market. Some standards call this kind of door a household door or an entry door, indicating that it is a door that distinguishes indoors and outdoors. Therefore, in addition to anti-theft, it also involves many aspects such as heat preservation, sound insulation, and beauty. The swing door is divided into: ordinary swing door, door-in-door, child-mother door and compound door. Ordinary swing doors are closed doors that are opened by a single leaf. The door in the door has the advantages of a fence door and a swing door. The part of the outer door is a fence door, and there is a small door behind the fence door. Opening the small door can be used as a fence door for ventilation and other purposes, and closing the small door as a swing door effect. Mother-in-law doors are generally used in homes with larger door frames, which not only ensure easy access at ordinary times, but also allow large furniture to be easily moved in. The composite door is also called a frame with two doors, the front door is a fence door, and the rear door is a closed swing door.
