difference:
Emergency and statistical functions, the system can automatically display the physical location of the designated cardholder on the computer, which is convenient for timely contact.
In the event of a fire or other emergency, the electronically controlled fire door will automatically open to facilitate escape, and the entrance and exit can also be automatically opened; when illegal entry and exit occur, the alarm will be automatically issued;
National standard for wooden thermal insulation fire doors
Wooden heat-insulating fire-resistant doors refer to wooden doors that use wood or wood products as door frames, door leaf skeletons, and door leaf panels. The top of the composite fireproof glass and the door leaf is provided with a bright window composed of a door frame and a class A composite fireproof glass, and a door composed of fireproof hardware accessories that can meet the integrity of fire resistance and heat insulation.
Wooden thermal insulation fire doors are divided into three categories according to the fire resistance limit: Grade A, Grade B and Grade C. The fire resistance requirements are 90min, 60min and 30min respectively. The wood used to make solid wood fire doors needs to be dried and flame retardant. The moisture content should not be greater than 12%. When restricted by conditions, the moisture content of the production should not be greater than the local equilibrium moisture content.
The hardware accessories used for wooden thermal insulation fire doors must be fire-resistant hardware accessories. The main hardware accessories are: fire-proof hinges (hinge), fire-proof bolts, fire-proof door locks, fire-proof sequencers and fire-proof door closers.
Fire resistance of wooden thermal insulation fire doors In the fire resistance test, wooden thermal insulation fire doors should be able to meet the conditions specified in the standard within the time required for their fire resistance performance.
①Integrity:
There is no flame that continuously burns for more than 10s on the back fire side;
If there are cracks, holes or other pores on the back fire surface but no flames appear, the combustibles at a distance of 20mm to 30mm from these pores cannot be ignited within 10s to 30s;
The sample must not collapse.
②Insulation:
When the average temperature rise of the temperature measurement points on the solid wood fire door reaches 140°C or the temperature rise of any temperature measurement point reaches 180°C, it is judged that the thermal insulation is lost.
When conducting a product consistency check on site, the following should be checked:
1. Whether the appearance of the product is consistent with the standard requirements;
2. Whether the product identification is consistent with the standard requirements;
3. Whether the product structure is consistent with the test report;
4. Whether the material of the product is consistent with the test report;
5. Whether the performance parameters of the product are consistent with the test report.
