The "General Technical Conditions for Anti-theft Security Doors", which has been implemented for 8 years, will implement the new national standard from April 1, 2008. The new national standard divides the anti-theft security level of anti-theft doors into four levels: "A", "B", "C" and "D". The new standard is mandatory for the provisions related to the safety performance of anti-theft doors. According to the anti-damage time, plate thickness and other indicators, the standard divides the anti-theft security level of anti-theft door products. The new standard will increase the anti-theft security level from the original "C", "B" and "A" to "A". ", "B", "C", "D" grade 4. The pinyin letter codes of the new anti-theft security levels are "J", "Y", "B", and "D" respectively. A is the highest level and decreases accordingly.
The anti-theft security performance of anti-theft doors with different anti-theft levels is different. Such as anti-vandal time: Class A security door shall not be less than 30 minutes, Class B shall not be less than 15 minutes, Class C shall not be less than 10 minutes, and Class D shall not be less than 6 minutes; the number of locking points between the door frame and the door leaf, A , B, C and D anti-theft doors should not be less than 12, 10, 8 and 6 respectively; and the thickness of the steel plate of the door frame should be 2mm, 2mm, 1.8mm respectively. and 1.5mm etc. Consumers can choose the security door they want according to their needs.
According to the new standard, the lock of the anti-theft door should be able to prevent the damage within the anti-vandal time, even if the lock cylinder is drilled, the lock body connector is broken to remove the lock, or the pry tool is inserted through the upper and lower gaps, and the lock tongue is loosened, etc. Open the door leaf; the effective length of the main deadbolt of the anti-theft door should not be less than 16mm, and there should be a deadbolt stop device.
The new standard also adds content that can help consumers identify the authenticity of anti-theft doors, which is to require that anti-theft doors should have permanent fixed marks. The anti-theft door mark consists of 3 parts. The marking symbols are pinyin letters. From left to right, they are the anti-theft safety door code (FAM), anti-theft security level and enterprise custom features (including two parts of enterprise code and product code). Among them, the anti-theft security level mark is permanently fixed on the upper corner of the inner hinge edge, at a height of 1600mm±100mm from the ground.
In the new standard, the "doors" of nearly ten related names such as security doors, security doors, entry doors, security security doors, protective doors, and steel doors are all included in the "D" level of security security doors.
